We were impressed by the hospitality of Witold, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even sent my daughter's forgotten iPad to another city. Although there were some minor inconveniences like a little noise from the higher floor and the absence of an oven or microwave, these did not dampen our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Krakow.

The bathroom had a refreshing shower, great for starting the day.
